Return & Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact
- You must initiate the return within 15 days of receiving your order
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following professional tools cannot be returned:
- Batteries and chargers (Batterie et chargeur)
- Pneumatic impact wrenches (Clé à chocs pneumatiques)
- Specific woodworking power tools (Electroportatif spécifique bois)
- Lawn care equipment (Entretien du gazon)
- Any items that have been used or installed
Return Process
- Contact Us: Email our customer service at [email protected] with your return request within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below for your request.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 2 business days.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our address at 29 Place Gutenberg, Strasbourg, FR 35197 using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- Receive Refund/Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Information
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Processing Time:
- Credit card/PayPal payments: 5-10 business days after approval
- Bank transfers: 7-14 business days after approval
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If you paid with a credit card, refunds will be sent to the credit card issuer and may take additional time to appear on your statement.
Exchange Process
For exchanges, please follow the same process as returns, clearly indicating in your email that you wish to exchange the item. Once we receive your return, we will ship the replacement item using your preferred shipping method (you may need to pay additional shipping costs if upgrading to faster delivery).
Damaged or Defective Items

International Returns
For international returns (outside EU), please note:
